Training Information

Training is such an important part of having a good race. Cool Running has a complete training program for both the 5K and the 10K that I believe to be one of the best on the web. Instead of trying to come up with our own training programs here are the links to both 5K and 10K training programs. They go as far as to break their programs into Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Competitive.

As with all strenuous types of exercise, check with your physician to make sure that you are capable of these training programs before you start training.
